Commercial Relationship & Referral Disclosure

NikkiOceans does not charge guests a concierge fee, membership or subscription for recommendations and booking assistance. For very extensive, fully personalised planning requests, anything beyond that is discussed and agreed with the guest in advance.

NikkiOceans may receive a referral commission from selected providers when a guest books with them. That compensation is paid by the provider. It is never added as a separate NikkiOceans charge, and NikkiOceans does not add a concierge markup to the price communicated by the provider. Providers control their own dynamic prices, packages and promotions.

A commercial relationship never converts into a guaranteed recommendation. Nikki distinguishes between partner venues, commercial relationships and independent recommendations, and does not publish “best of” rankings solely because a provider pays commission.

All deposits, minimum spends, tickets, rentals, service charges and final bills are paid directly to the restaurant, club, yacht company, transport provider or other selected provider under that provider's current terms.
