Booking assistance comes with no concierge fee. You pay the selected provider directly. Larger, fully personalised planning requests are always discussed with you first.

No concierge fee on bookings
Recommendations and reservation assistance carry no membership, subscription or concierge markup from NikkiOceans.
Provider-direct payment
Deposits, minimum spends, tickets, rentals and service charges are paid to the provider through its own official process.
Nothing unexpected
For very extensive, fully personalised planning, anything beyond standard booking assistance is discussed and agreed with you before it starts.
NikkiOceans does not add a concierge markup to the price communicated by the provider. Nikki may receive provider-paid referral compensation, which never appears as a charge to you. Providers control their own dynamic prices, packages and promotions, so we do not promise that every third-party price will always match every public channel.

- Recommend venues based on your group, dates, budget and preferred atmosphere.
- Request reservations, tables, celebration details and special arrangements.
- Coordinate drivers, timing and the sequence between day, dinner and night.
- Stay reachable throughout your stay for changes and additions.
Nikki does not
- Operate restaurants, yachts, aircraft, vehicle fleets or security companies.
- Take payment for bookings or hold your money.
- Guarantee admission, upgrades or a specific table.
- Handle emergency, medical, legal or security situations — contact the relevant authorities.

Common questions
+ What does the booking assistance cost?
Nothing extra. For recommendations and reservations, NikkiOceans does not add a concierge fee — you pay the restaurant, club, yacht company or transport provider directly under that provider's terms.
+ Is there ever a fee for Nikki's time?
Individual bookings carry no concierge fee. For very extensive, fully personalised planning, anything beyond that is always discussed and agreed with you first — never a surprise.
+ How does Nikki earn money then?
Nikki may receive a referral commission from selected providers. It is paid by the provider and is never added as a separate NikkiOceans charge to you.
+ Will Nikki ever send me a payment link?
No. Nikki will never request payment for her concierge assistance and will never ask for credit card details, banking passwords or verification codes.
+ Can Nikki guarantee a table or VIP entry?
No. Nikki can request preferred seating and special arrangements, but availability, admission and final placement remain controlled by each provider.
+ Can I ask for just one booking?
Yes. A request can be as small as one reservation or as broad as a complete week from airport pickup to the final dinner.
+ Is Nike Rauner the same person as Nikki Oceans?
Yes. Her real name is Nike Rauner, also written Nikki Rauner. Nikki Oceans is the public identity and NikkiOceans is the brand spelling — the same person.
