Concierge Terms of Use
Service scope
NikkiOceans provides recommendation and booking assistance. Third parties supply the underlying goods and services, including restaurants, clubs, yacht companies, transport providers and activity operators.
Provider terms govern
Availability, admission, pricing, cancellation, refunds, deposits and service quality remain subject to each provider's own terms and current conditions.
No guarantees
There is no guaranteed VIP access, seating, upgrade or booking acceptance unless confirmed in writing by the provider. Nikki can request; the provider decides.
Payment
The guest pays providers directly. NikkiOceans charges no concierge fee for booking assistance and never collects booking payment. For very extensive, fully personalised planning requests, anything beyond booking assistance is discussed and agreed with the guest in advance. Provider-paid referral compensation may exist and is disclosed separately.
Out of scope
Emergency, medical, legal and security situations are outside ordinary concierge scope. Contact the appropriate authorities or emergency services directly.
Data minimisation
Only information needed to respond is collected: name, contact channel, dates, group size, interests and an optional request. Do not send passport, payment card or health details; if a provider needs sensitive information, use that provider's secure channel.
Impersonation
Only the official contact channels listed on this website are used. Nikki never asks for card details, banking information, passwords or verification codes.
