, Karl Lagerfeld is designing a branded luxury residential tower in Mexico City that will overlook a golf course and nearby greenery.
The project is planned as a 38-storey building with 73 residences. WWD reported that completion is expected in early 2029.
The Mexico City tower adds to the fashion house’s branded real estate portfolio, extending the Karl Lagerfeld name beyond apparel and accessories into residential development.
