Amali Properties has sold Villa Avatea on Amali Island for AED 220 million, in a transaction reported by Zawya, IndexBox and Gulf Daily News.

The sale has been described by the outlets as one of Dubai’s top residential transactions of 2026. Zawya reported the value at $60 million, while the Gulf Daily News reported the deal at AED220 million.

Villa Avatea is the named property linked to the transaction, and the reports place it within Amali Island’s ultra-luxury residential segment. The sale adds another high-value entry to Dubai’s prime property market this year.
